About The Venue The tutorials and the symposium will be held at the Learning Centre located in the campus of WIPRO Technologies, Bangalore. Each of the rooms has a capacity of 100. All Rooms have video hooking for the plenary events. Speakers will have facilities such as DLP projector, cordless microphone, and whiteboard.
Bangalore is the silicon valley of India and houses hundreds of companies working in all aspects of VLSI and embedded systems. Bangalore is also known as the Garden City of India. The weather in Bangalore during August will be pleasant, bordering on chilly, with occasional showers. There are several hotels in Bangalore and information on these is available from the Internet.
Getting There We plan to provide bus pickup/drop service from the following two areas: (a) Indian Institute of Science (b) Majestic. Details will be announced on the website.
If you plan to use your own transport, please note: to reach the Keonics Electronics City, you must travel on Hosur road and enter the Electronic City Phase I gate. The distance from Bangalore City Railway Station is approximately 20 km and from the Bangalore Airport, the distance is approximately 15 km. To locate the WIPRO Technologies campus in the Electronics city, please keep the Map of Electronics City handy. Enter the WIPRO Technologies campus through 'Gate 6'.
Due to traffic during morning rush hour and evening rush hour, the actual transit time may be significantly high. Please plan your travel.
Request for Registration Since the symposium venue is the campus of an IT company, we need to work with the security personnel of WIPRO to make the process of entering the campus and registering a smooth one.
