1. Please note that authors of all submitted papers will be given 30 minutes for presentation, including about 10 minutes for discussion. You will be provided with an overhead projector. I am sorry, there will be no other Audio Visual aids available. In your talk, please emphasize on your research contribution as far as possible. Keep at least 5 minutes for discussion.
2. This aim of this workshop is to promote VLSI research and development in India. We hope that you will submit a complete paper based on your work to another forum such as the International Conference on VLSI Design, Asia Test Symposium, ASP-DAC, etc. Periodically, I will send you information about these conferences.
3. I will bring out a compilation of abstracts of the workshop on the Internet after the workshop has concluded. If you wish to update the abstract which you have submitted, please send it to me by July 15, 1999 by e-mail. This is a hard deadline.
4. Let me clarify again that you need not submit a complete paper. I only need an abstract. However, if you do wish to submit the full paper, I have no problems.
5. Please register for the workshops as early as possible. For the purpose of registration, if your management requires hard copies of the acceptance letter, do not hesitate to write to me.
